" I believe that having regular therapy sessions with Raj has helped me understand a lot about how I was thinking negatively and with CBT & other tools, I was taught a more favourable & effective way of analysing my thoughts. Raj has also helped me to understand what has been happening in my life and how to deal with particular difficult situations such as being more assertive in the workplace and how to feel my feelings. A a medical consultant, I faced challenges recently.I didn't feel supported by my GP. I was facing a combination of insecurity, anxiety and sleep problems. I approached Your Mind Therapy and it has been an enlightening experience. She opened doors for me on holistic care and CBT , now allowing me to reflect on my anxieties and work through my thought processes to reach a more rational behavioural outlook. I can't thank her enough. I have now come off sertraline and Zoplicone and feel better!

I have been having difficulties with a condition called night eating syndrome. I have been suffering from this condition for the last 20 years. I was too afraid and embarrassed to seek professional help. Raj was really good because she established when I first started having these problems and put it down to stress and anxiety. Once we started the sessions Raj trained me on how to control my subconscious mind and thoughts before going to sleep. After a few sessions, the therapy was successful as I was no longer waking up in the middle of the night to eat. My 20 year problem had been sorted in a matter of weeks. I wish I'd done this sooner, Raj is certainly value for money as some of the other therapists charge twice as much. I couldn't recommend Raj enough to anyway looking to do CBT.

Rajnish really helped me work through some of my long standing issues. I was at a point where I was really struggling with my mental health and this was stemming into my day to day life. By talking and understanding the reasons behind my struggles we managed to together use CBT (very helpful tools and methods) that I now use every day to help me manage my anxieties and my every day issues. I am now in a much better place. I feel much more settled and confident in myself and am truly grateful for all the help I recieved. I can't reccomend her highly enough!

'Therapy with Rajnish allowed me to transition positively from a very difficult time in my life, giving me tools to challenge recurrent issues that I've had with acute moments of anxiety on and off for the last 10 years. Through CBT, I now have the methods that I need to challenge these ingrained ways of behaving and thinking whenever they arise. Her approach to therapy is holistic and, through her support and guidance, I have emerged feeling, positive, powerful and in control of my thoughts. I am under no illusion that the thoughts will ever go away, but I now know how to handle them more healthily. Thank you Raj

I'd give Rajnish 100 stars if I could. A very professional therapist who delivers all sessions with an excellent level of knowledge, support and attention to detail. She made me feel very at ease and often went above and beyond what I imagine many other therapists would do. Rajnish clearly cares deeply about her job and the wellbeing of those she treats. Cannot recommend her enough!

Rajnish was god sent. I reached out to her to start therapy about a year ago when I was at my lowest during the first lockdown. Lockdown coupled with lots of time to think about life made me realise that I was not managing my anxiety as well as I thought I did. Apart from helping me manage my anxiety, Rajnish has made me aware of some other issues I have and has equipped me with the necessary tools needed to become a healthier person (in terms of mental and emotional health), to the point where my family and friends are able to see the growth I have made thus far. She is kind, compassionate and caring which helps create a safe space for brown girls like myself to talk about scenarios and issues we face within the brown community and in life. I would really recommend her services especially for other brown folks!

Before starting therapy, I was nervous and worried about being judged but Rajnish put me at ease from our first session. She is incredibly understanding, kind, and I never felt judged in any of our sessions. She really helped me to understand my thought patterns, and make sense of my feelings. She also guided me in overall self exploration, which has been really helpful for me in just understanding myself more and it has helped me to make the best decisions for myself. I can't recommend Rajnish enough, she is amazing!

I'd like to thank Rajnish for helping me overcome my anxiety. Lockdowns and covid like many others left me feeling fearful and insecure about the future, but with Rajnish help and teaching me how to manage my thoughts has made a huge improvement. I spent around 2 years having regular sessions with Rajnish for my OCD/anxiety/emetophobia issues and she was very supportive and guided me through a lot of Exposure Response Prevention therapy to tackle all these issues. I made such great progress with a variety of things with her support and help and I would recommend anyone to use her services.
