Life Background


Having been through mental health issues at various stages of my life I have first hand experience of the difficulties a person can face in overcoming these which I now have worked through (with the help of mental health therapy). These being witnessing domestic abuse as a child, childhood bullying, self esteem, health anxiety, post natal depression, general anxiety and depression.

Experience and Personal Approach

Having worked in the NHS since 2007 as a primary care wellbeing practicioner moving onto an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist in mental health therapy. I help people who suffer with depression, OCD, phobias, PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, panic, health anxiety and body dysmorphic disorder. I also work with clients with long term health conditions which effect there mental health.

My Vision

Having been through mental health issues myself, my aim to my clients are to provide a holistic mental health therapy approach which will not only be using a trained method of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I will also include looking into the past to draw on behaviours brought forward, physical health, Socialisation, employment issues, relationships and financial issues to help mental wellbeing in relation to depression and anxiety.
