One to One therapy with Rajnish Virk, a Therapist in Birmingham
I would like to warmly welcome you to my professional Cognitive Beahvioural Therapy service, based in Birmingham. With one to one therapy in person and online. I (Raj) am keenly interested in your well-being and want to support you to work through any issues or difficulties you may have while dealing with depression and anxiety whether it is related to recent world events, or anything else at all.
Using proven CBT techniques, while putting you at the centre of everything I offer , I can now provide one to one CBT sessions, or online CBT therapy using zoom.
For trauma therapy I am also able to offer therapy via cogntive processing therapy or Narrative exposure therapy.
What is CBT?
Put simply, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a way to talk through and manage any mental health issues, helping you to create new ways for you to deal with stress and difficulties, taking a new path to recovery. Understandably, sometimes difficulties can lead us to think in certain ways.
