Hello and welcome. I'm Raj, and I'm here to help you with your mental health.
My therapy practice is based in Birmingham, where I offer one-to-one therapy and counselling sessions both in person and online. I also provide group workshops and mindfulness sessions designed to support emotional wellbeing and help people manage anxiety more effectively.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, postnatal depression, phobias or other challenges, my aim is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to understand what is happening and work towards positive change.
I offer CBT, also known as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to help people better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
CBT is a practical and effective approach that can help with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, phobias, panic disorder, health anxiety, postnatal depression and many other difficulties that may be affecting your day-to-day life.
Sessions are available in person at my Birmingham practice or through online therapy, allowing you to access support in a way that works best for you.
