I would like to warmly welcome you to the professional counselling, Birmingham residents, locals and beyond can avail themselves of, to help deal with any anxiety issues and other related mental health problems. I (Raj) am keenly interested in your well-being and want to support you to work through any issues or difficulties you may have while dealing with depression and anxiety, whether it is related to recent world events, or anything else at all.
Using proven counselling techniques, while putting you at the centre of everything I offer and do for you, I can now provide one to one counselling sessions (with necessary restrictions and government guidelines in place), or online CBT therapy using zoom or other suitable online programs.
What is CBT?
Put simply, CBT is a way to talk through and manage any mental health issues, helping you to create new ways for you to deal with stress and difficulties, taking a new path to recovery. Understandably, sometimes difficulties can lead us to think in certain ways. The CBT therapy, Birmingham residents and locals can book, helps to change the pattern of thoughts that can make it difficult for us to deal with everyday events and activities.
