Mindfulness is a technique whereby you will learn how to become more present focused to what is happening to your right now rather than getting caught up in the internal chatter of the mind which may be causing anxiety and or depression. The technique has roots in Buddhism and meditation, but you don't have to be spiritual, or have any beliefs, to try it.
Mindfulness workshops are one of or regular workshops of 1 hour or all day to regular weekly sessions that can bring about learning about what is mindfulness and how to become more mindful to the moment you are in and allow yourself to not be drawn into any thinking and feeling that can lead to anxiety and stress or depression.
The Mindfullness workshops can be one to one or in group.
The sessions will be a mixture of learning and doing practices to become more mindful, also it will be also having discussions around the practices to learn from what another.
The sessions can be run online or in person.
The cost of a 1-hour session is £120 (group setting ) or £70 for individual ,and if it is longer then a fee can be negotiated. The fee will include preparation time.
Payment is made via invoice which will be sent after then sessions are completed.
The sessions can be for your workplace or a group.
Resources can be provided after the session for people to use if wish to continue to practice the techniques learnt.
