Hello and welcome! Im Raj, I'm here to help you with your mental health.
My therapy practice is in Birmingham where I offer one-on-one sessions in person or online.
I also offer group support for Anxiety in our community and mindfulness sessions.
How I Can Help You
I offer therapy called CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to help with depression, anxiety, and other problems you might be facing.
You can come to my office or we can talk online, whatever works best for you.
If you have had very bad experiences, like trauma, that still upset you, I have special treatments that can help with that. I can also talk with you in English, Punjabi, or Hindi.

What Is CBT?
CBT is a way to talk about your feelings and learn new ways to handle stress and problems. It helps you look at how you think and act when things get tough, and find new ways to deal with them.

Additionally, I can address culturally specific issues that have triggered mental health problems in Black, Minority, and Ethnic (BME) communities, including Hindi, Punjabi, Black, European, Chinese, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Sikh, and Pakistani communities.
