Welcome to My Therapy Services

Hello and welcome! Im Raj, I'm here to help you with your mental health. 

My therapy practice is in Birmingham where I offer one-on-one sessions in person or online.
I also offer group support for Anxiety in our community and mindfulness sessions.


How I Can Help You

I offer therapy called CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to help with depression, anxiety, and other problems you might be facing.

You can come to my office or we can talk online, whatever works best for you.

If you have had very bad experiences, like trauma,  that still upset you, I have special treatments that can help with that. I can also talk with you in English, Punjabi, or Hindi.


Do You Feel Like This?

  • If you feel alot of this is you then don't worry i can help you, I’m here to help you to navigate and help you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help you gain back control of your life, in a compassionate, holistic and confidence building approach to meet your goals via the therapy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I look at you as a whole person not just the one specific issue you have.

Sometimes these feelings can stop you from being your best self. 

They are big challenges, but you can get better with CBT.


What Is CBT?

CBT is a way to talk about your feelings and learn new ways to handle stress and problems. It helps you look at how you think and act when things get tough, and find new ways to deal with them.
